East Coast Discounts can not be hold responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in catalogues, pricelists or on our web site. Due to digital limitations colors on the internet images might appear different than the real product color. East Coast Discounts will endeavor to ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Sept-Dec. up to 7 business days. East Coast Discounts reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method if the selected shipping method results in a loss.

However, should situations results in delays or non-delivery East Coast Discounts will not be hold liable.

East Coast Discounts must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.

All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of East Coast Discounts.

Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended guarantee below.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or credit.

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranty.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

What is the Your Return Policy?

  • We will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please use our online RMA Request form to request an RMA#.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Credit Time Table

  • RETURNS - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 7-14 business days.
  • This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
