East Coast Discounts must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping/Handling fees are non refundable.

 You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of East Coast Discounts.

Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended guarantee below.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or credit.
